✔️ Orders placed before 11 PM are eligible for same-day delivery within Sharjah; orders placed later will be delivered the next day.
✔️ Our team operates seven days a week, except on public holidays.
✔️ In most cases, orders are shipped by noon on the next business day. Please note that unexpected situations such as bad weather or emergencies may cause minor delays.
✔️ Customers can select between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery during checkout.
✔️ Any additional fees will be displayed at the time of order based on the selected delivery option.

✔️ No signature is required upon delivery, but please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
✔️ Customers must present a valid Emirates ID or Passport and pay the full invoice amount to the courier upon delivery.

✔️ Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total.
